SmartHome

SmartHome is a project built to simulate energy usage and its related costs using an Arduino Mega with an ESP35 module for wireless connectivity with a static web page so that users can view their energy usage and costs while being able to control the lights remotely through a web page.

This project was my entry to the 2023 TUS Engineering Expo and was awarded 2nd place in class. The main goal of the project was to bring awareness to the current energy crisis and aims to reduce energy usage by utilising two leds to simulate and display the costs.
